Be part of a global club as you take part in a group challenge. These have set start dates and a set meal plan that you follow at the same time as everyone else participating in the challenge. You’ll recieve weekly guidance and motivation throughout, and branded Welle Club assets that you can share on social media. Challenges are for Welle Club members only and free as part of your membership.

If the Group Challenge dates don’t work for you, you can register for your own challenge and set your own start date. Keep yourself accountable by committing to a timeframe and choose a set meal plan from the Welle Club app. You’ll recieve weekly guidance from us to help keep you motivated. Get your challenge journey started and join us for this life changing experience! Just hit the Register for Challenge button to let us know that you’re in and we’ll take care of the rest! Once you’ve registered you will get access to Welle Club’s official challenge hub which has everything you need to succeed and reach your goals!

Set your goals
Add your goals for the challenge. These can be whatever goals you’d like to tackle whether that’s feeling more confident, being able to wear your favourite jeans again, or drinking enough water each day.

Load in the meal plan
Each challenge has a new and delicious 6-week meal plan that you can follow! You can easily customise this meal plan via your own Welle Club dashboard, so you can switch out any meals you’d like.

Follow our recipes
All of our Welle Club challenge recipes are designed to be easy to follow, delicious to eat, and meals that your whole family will love! These recipes will keep you on track so that you see results.
