We are BIG fans of caramel flavoured sweet treats! We absolutely love this high protein smoothie bowl for breakfast or a snack! If you can’t find a salted caramel protein powder, then invest in a vanilla protein powder and add in some Maca powder. The Maca will give it a slight toffee flavour, and helps to alleviate anxiety and stress in the body. It’s also high in iron and is great for boosting energy!
